To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為疫情關係，無得食晚餐，男朋友唯有安排左cafe103 慶祝生日。職員亦知道生日細心安排左窗邊位享用，相信到103食下tea 主要可以望住海景。的確景觀不失望😍今次我地叫左二人afternoon tea set ,黎到時職員亦很細心主動幫我地拍照亦介紹每樣食物比食客令食客清楚每樣食物，本人就比較喜歡佢既咸點多但男朋友就鍾意甜點，當中我最欣賞佢既魚子醃製鮑魚，味道加埋一齊好特別🤤而甜品方面我就比較覺得偏甜但男朋友就覺得岩岩好，咁多種甜品下最鍾意既係抹茶黑芝麻好重抹茶味道，而且甜度啱啱好。🤤另外不得不提佢地既scone 亦比想像中有驚喜，都幾鬆脆同埋好重牛油味道亦不偏甜岩岩好。今次生日體驗係一個不錯既體驗🎂溫馨提示如果下次book位可以預留窗邊位，的確望住個咁靚景觀食住high tea 幾chill😊
