昨天剛好拍拖七周年,結婚也接近四年了,昨天特意和太太到她一直想去的Craftsteak慶祝,並早在一個月前預訂。當晚我因有事要遲些到,太太便先行取了位。Craftsteak以明火燒烤作賣點,我倆當然點了每人一客的燒Rib Eye ($388)。之前先有餐包奉上。餐廳自製這個garlic牛油配搭,味道比一般的牛油香濃。跟著,過了不久,燒Rib Eye便奉上。本身可自選多款醬汁,我倆今次揀了松露蛋黃汁 (Béarnaise sauce with Truffle),這款汁較清淡,可突出牛排的原味。牛排上也插了木條,註明了其生熟程度,相當細心。Medium Rare對燒牛排其實最佳,肉味也最鮮。還有配上燒蒜頭及海鹽供調味。我倆揀的配菜(炒蘑菇、菠菜)也很有水準,很香口又有鮮味。餐後揀了一道英式甜品Banoffee Mess,是用拖肥及香蕉製成的布甸,不太甜又帶出很清幽的甜味。吃明火燒烤的扒房,最重要是其味道及誠意,Craftsteak就真的做到了!在這樣的美食下慶祝我倆的紀念日,實在是最好不過了!

吃明火燒烤的扒房,最重要是其味道及誠意,Craftsteak就真的做到了!在這樣的美食下慶祝我倆的紀念日,實在是最好不過了!
