前菜會有包同湯,長法包配牛油係固定會係西式食店出現嘅配搭,而soup of the day 就係green pea soup 濃郁嘅湯配上一層cream 完全冇膩嘅感覺。而呢間店其中一個特點係starter 都有好多選擇,竟然仲可以揀 pork ribs🤭同行友人叫呢個話好正,下次再食一定要試下!

我今次叫咗Medium,肉質鬆軟,完全冇overcook 底者undercook,亦鎖住咗肉汁,好食到停唔到口。而叫steak 仲可以自己揀sauce,我就叫咗Dijon Mustard,同Ribeye 嘅味好夾!本身扒嘅份量已經好大,跟餐嘅薯條更係多到嚇親🤣一大桶薯條包你食到飽。Craftsteak嘅薯條偏幼,但完全唔影響口感,即叫即炸熱辣辣嘅薯條搭配煮得啱啱好的Ribeye 完全冇可以挑剔嘅地方。

Finally, the food came. For the steak, required
medium and turned out to be well done. For the chicken breast, very dry and
tasteless (not enough seasoning). For the burger, it was okay, a bit dry. Also,
obviously they missed one order which was the burger and it was eventually
served after 50 mins we placed the order. AND IT WAS RAW! We request it to be
cancel and the waiter took it away and talked to the chef. The chef then kept 
staring at us with an angry face. 


This is absolutely ridiculous. We came here as
the customer and we pay for the food. Not only the food served late (after 50
mins) and it was raw! And we being treated in a very rude way? Honestly, I
wouldn’t come here again and I do not recommend anyone to come here unless you
want to be treated rudely and waste your entire lunch hour to wait for the food
which was not even good.

We were being polite and  did not blame them for taking a decade to bring food to the table but the chefs figured they should be the one who's angry. They have charged the fee of 4 steaks instead of 3, which was wrong, and they were reluctant to cancel the bill of raw burger which my friend did't even eat. She has to get a sandwich from Seven-Eleven as a farewell lunch. This is the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant.

好耐無食牛扒,今次同朋友試呢間craft steak。環境坐落都幾舒服同幾高質既感覺。我叫左肋眼扒朋友就叫左另一款,我地叫左五成熟,一上菜覺得都有少驚喜因為舊肉都幾大舊,聞落去都好香。五成熟食落去啱啱好,唔會太軟唔會太硬。一開始無落汁,打算試左佢本身既肉味先,覺得唔落汁都已經好好味。食左半舊就試試下落埋佢個蘑菇汁,同個肉都幾夾但我都係始終中意唔落汁咁食多d。食完肉之後食左個甜品,味道有少少拖肥味但唔算好甜都幾特別,食完肉再食埋甜品好滿足。雖然craft steak以食扒黎講都唔平,但食物質素都幾好同埋坐得都舒服,偶爾豪一次都係值得的。

It was an exceptionally fine dining experience. The service was quick and reliable, the waiters and waitresses were very nice and polite. The was very appetizing and flavorful, well-cooked and visually pleasing. The restaurant’s aesthetic was well done as the decorations were very elegant and neat. Craftsteak is a very lovely place to dine at for both casual and special occasions. Will recommend to family and friends!

主菜我們點了Confir Chicken Breasts和Seafood Spaghetti分享。至於Side dish,我們本想吃Mushroom Buttons,可惜侍應說沒有mushroom,最後我們點了Cream Spinach和Green Salad。這4道菜中,以Confir Chicken Breasts的擺盤較為精緻。兩塊雞胸以芥辣醬墊底,伴有3條細長的番薯(雖然餐牌上寫的是baby carrots)。
侍應端上Cream Spinach時我們正在吃雞胸和意粉,因此沒有即時品嚐這道半浸在黃色醬汁中的菜。數分鐘後我舀起菠菜,居然還熱氣騰騰。平時怕菠菜令牙齒澀澀的我,也覺得這個菠菜好吃,吃後牙齒亦無不適。

甜品我們點了Seasonal fruit和Cheesecake。餐牌上"Seasonal fruit"下面的一行細字,寫著熱情果和芒果雪糕;甜品名稱本身卻沒有提到雪糕,似是以水果為主,雪糕為副。其實這碗雜果粒鮮甜,芒果雪糕清爽,兩者配搭得相得益彰,對我來說實在沒有主次之分。餐牌上"Cheesecake"下的細字則寫著raspberry sauce;因此當我見到這道Cheesecake伴了一球不知道是草莓還是什麼味道的淡紅色雪糕時,不禁驚喜,並覺得這家店很慷慨。這球莓味雪糕跟芒果味的一樣好吃。而Cheesecake就夠軟滑,不會太甜太膩。

最後,套餐包了的茶或咖啡選擇也不少;餐茶便好像有4款。

總括來說,除了雞胸有點乾,以及沾了醋的西瓜不合胃口外,其他菜餚都很好吃。另外,每道菜的份量均屬正常,不多也不少。以$168的價錢便能在steak house的環境享受如此份量如此質素的午餐,性價比實在爆燈!別說是中環,在其他地區也難以找到能與此匹敵的性價比!

不過,請留意餐廳自動收$1作慈善用途而不會主動聲明。我沒有細看單據便付款,因而後來發現時對這種做法有點錯愕。

最後我想囉嗦一下,一般人吃3道菜已經夠飽了。因此,如果有人想試這個4道菜午市套餐,為免浪費食物以及影響享受甜品的胃口,我建議胃口不大的人(尤其是女士)少嚐餐廳一開始奉送的麵包,或頭盤不要選湯,甚至早餐少吃一點。

We walked in for lunch on Friday in a group of two. We could easily get a table around 12:40p.m. The interior decoration of the restaurant was pretty nice. We occupied a round table near the front door which was quite a private and quiet corner of the restaurant.There seemed to be quite a number of different options on their lunch menu. The bread was served to us very soon. It was a bit weird that a waitress took away our bread plate before we had started eating the bread...The bread had very crispy and thin crust yet soft interior. It was still slightly warm when eaten. The sauce, which I suspected to be some thick mayo sauce, was quite delicious.

There were 4 slices of pork neck. Some small bits of the pork neck slices were burnt. They were all cold when served. They were not particularly pleasing but probably ok as a starter. The combo with Apricot jam was a bit funny. I preferred Thai-style pork neck with crispy slices accompanied by sweet & sour/spicy sauce.

The presentation was pretty nice. The white tuna itself was quite big. It was crispy outside but not tender enough. In fact, it was a bit rough. It was appreciated that some crispy toppings were added to give different textures to the fish. The black olive puree was ok although I was never a fan of olive. Overall, I would say it was ok.

Overall, the quality of the food was ok with no surprises. I would say that the quality was fair given the price. Service was ok. Environment and interior decoration were quite good. Could consider coming back for lunch later but definitely not high on my to-go list.

好伏! 一定唔會再返黎一心諗住 Super Monday 同班friend 去食好嘢,點知黎到呢間係soho 嘅餐廳,媽失望。我地本身book 咗7位,但係有1個朋友可能黎唔到。餐廳因為super monday,一定要每人叫一塊排 😓 其他餐廳有duper mknday 優惠都唔係咁嘅。咁但係我地唔知朋友收唔收到工,唯有叫住6塊先。餐廳都係唔滿意,話如果唔肯定佢黎唔黎就俾返個位佢先個manager講到今日super monday 好多人,但係我地坐到9點幾,仲有好多空位喎。點解要逼我地俾返張枱佢呢? 結果我地無叫過任何appetizer,叫咗filet, new york strip, salmon, pork chop... 無一樣好食。明明叫咗Medium rare, 出到黎好似well done 咁,乾到呢... 佢地連asparagus 都可以整到咁乾,真係自己整都好食過佢態度又差,嘢食又差,一定唔會返黎 😤

食完主菜又點可以冇甜品😍兩個甜品都係好味!首先有我最愛嘅carrot cake🥕,呢個蛋糕口感比較實同濕潤,配埋個鮮忌廉同埋雲呢拿雪糕一齊食,吾錯!😋另外叫左chocolate brownie ,朱古力朱古力味幾濃唔會太甜,又唔會好實嘅口感,配埋個可以唔焦糖雪糕一齊,好好昧!🤤

總括來講呢度嘅牛扒真係幾有驚喜👍🏻 雖然質素當然完全未及我最鍾意嘅Ruth Chris 😬不過如果以呢個價錢來講就絕對係好高質素啦!下次想食有質素既扒又多咗一個抵食選擇~😬

周五晚上本来想吃意大利菜,但是路过门口发现里面人不多,环境也还不错,就直接进来了。大概到我吃完的时候,餐厅已经9成满了。服务员强烈推荐的生蚝,味道不错,连平时不爱吃大只生蚝的我,也一口气吃了三个。骨髓,也很推荐! 牛排,点了ribeye,份量很大,两个人吃足够了!值得一提的是,这块肉下部的地方很多很多肥肉,可以通过照片看出来,很多部分都吃不了,我感觉餐厅应该把这部分切掉再上。烤玉米,火候恰到好处,好吃。没想到甜点给了我惊喜,朋友点了brownie,我没吃就不评价了。我点了cheesecake,本来担心吃完牛排后吃cheesecake太腻,后来一尝非常清新,cheesecake没有很甜,口感也不是很厚重,搭配的冰淇淋和sorbet非常refresh! 喜欢! 总体还是非常推荐的!

牛排,点了ribeye,份量很大,两个人吃足够了!值得一提的是,这块肉下部的地方很多很多肥肉,可以通过照片看出来,很多部分都吃不了,我感觉餐厅应该把这部分切掉再上。

没想到甜点给了我惊喜,朋友点了brownie,我没吃就不评价了。我点了cheesecake,本来担心吃完牛排后吃cheesecake太腻,后来一尝非常清新,cheesecake没有很甜,口感也不是很厚重,搭配的冰淇淋和sorbet非常refresh! 喜欢!

总体还是非常推荐的!

匯豐信用卡又攪餐廳節,第一時間掃下有乜心水餐廳先,大部份都在香港區,和今次多了幾間貴價嘢,例如半島嘅法國餐廳,on dining,等等…,今次我就预訂了位於蘇豪區的 craftsteak,都幾易揾,搭行人電梯去到盡頭,再行一陣便揾到,一開門,都吾係咁多人,一坐下例牌先上麵包,這個麵包無諗過咁,尤其是揸上牛油更甚,麵包外脆内軟,暖暖的,好食梗係要 encore,個人覺得好食過 outback 個黑糖包;starter 八爪魚,仍保留住一些海水味;另一款starter係三文魚,好清新;主菜係意粉,好香奶和芝士味,但係啲蜆就好多沙;配菜係忌廉波菜,差啲,草青味好重;我就點了flat iron steak, medium, 點芥末, 一般般…,medium rare可能好啲;配菜係薯條,幾香口,食到吾想停最後上埋甜品;這個價錢食到三個course好超值,食物質素吾差,下次再攪而又改下餐牌都會再來;係個肥佬(吾知係咪老板)給我嘅印象吾係幾好。
