用餐日期: 2010 年 4月 24日 食物: 榮式燒雞扒拼香煎藕餅飯, 榮式燒雞扒SET 拼咖哩薯仔味道: 先來係個SET個湯﹐ 係花生雞脚湯, 足料。 唔太咸﹐ 唔多味精。 個SET跟杯餐飲﹐要杯凍奶茶。 味道普通不過。 榮式燒雞扒拼香煎藕餅飯跟主上﹐ 好香。 熱辣辣﹐煎藕餅仲係脆卜卜,熱到食唔到。 先提個雞扒﹐ 好大塊但好軟綿綿, 外面有小小脆﹐ 但唔係過分"農" 好重黑椒味﹐ 我唔太喜歡。 但質感好好﹐ 好容易咬得開。煎藕餅超級脆 ﹐有小小油膩。 好似係有冬菇絲同馬啼﹐ 爽口。咖哩薯仔就唔係太得﹐ 得3/4舊﹐ 質感太硬﹐咖哩唔夠入味。下次唔叫﹗ 環境 我去個日無咩人。 得3﹐4 枱人。 可以隨便坐。揀左個窗口位。 木枱木椅等唔太舒服。 位置: 距離北角站唔係好遠﹐係英皇道﹐好易揾。 地鐵站出﹐ 過馬路﹐ 轉右﹐ 一直行就見到。總結: 無錢時後食幾好。 平靚正。 但食完喉嚨痛。 好熱汽 Date dined: 2009 年 8月 11日 Food: BBq Chicken Steak Set with Curry potatoes, with a dai

Food: BBq Chicken Steak Set with Curry potatoes, with a daily soup. BBq Chicken steak with Lotus pork patty/
Taste: The free daily soup taht comes with teh set we ordered was quite nice. Was chicken feet soup. Sounds disgusting in english but it tastes very good. Many do free daily soup but usually tasteless and watery. This bowl of soup was above average! The Chicken Steak rice came with quite a big amount of rice and with some vegeatbles on the side of the dish. The vegetables was cooked in their own sauce with hint of black pepper sauce. The Chicken steak was delicious. I myself do not like the taste of black pepper but this steak was so good. The steak was not hard or too chewy, but tederly soft. No wonder why it is so well known. It came with two Chicken steak, and as I rdered the Lotus pork patty aswel, I was really full up. The Patty was fried, so texture was very crispy on outside but juicy on inside. Really well fried. With the lotus being very crunchy, the texture was excellent. The Curry potatoe on other hand was below average. It came in a bowl by itself. A few potatoes but alot of sauce which I am afriad did not go well on rice with the Black pepper flavour cicken steak. We ordered Cold Milk tea aswel, but that was average too.
Environment This branch is actually quite big and rommy. Got there at 6.30pm, only a few tables were occupied. Chose a window seats. Not designed to let you stay and talk with the wooden tables and chairs.But of course it is better than McDonalds.
Location: It is less about 5 mins walk from North point station. Come out of North Point station, cross the road to other side, turn right and keep walking and you will see it.
OVERALL: Not a bad choice especially when you are broke and want something cheap. The portion is big for the prize and comes with vegetables on side of the plate. One thing though, I had a very sore throat from eating it. So not recommended to dine there everyday.
