這間是有點像家庭式的居酒屋,地方不算很大,不過也有卡位,坐下來挺舒服的,而且店員亦很熱情的介紹,服務挺好的!真鯛三食(178元)三食分別有刺身,壽司和火炙壽司,吃起來都是不同的口味和口感。刺身的很嫩滑,淡淡的魚香。壽司的會比較有彈性一點,配上微酸的醋飯突出魚的鮮味。火炙壽司將魚肉燒到半熟,再配上點燒汁,吃起來陣陣的焦香,魚肉味更突出。鐵板牛油帶子(90元)帶子都挺大隻的,吃起來肉質嫩滑,味道鮮甜,有很濃的牛油香,底下放了雜菌,吸飽湯汁,味道更鮮美!櫻花蝦炸豆腐(68元)滑嫩的豆腐包裹上櫻花蝦後,再拿去油炸,吃起來外脆內嫩的,每口都是濃濃的蝦香和豆豆香。明太子玉子卷(80元)玉子卷的蛋味很濃,口感嫩滑,中間有大量帶點辣的明太子來提香。牛舌(55元)厚切的,口感非常軟嫩彈牙,牛味香濃!鰻魚炒飯(138元)炒飯炒得挺有鑊氣的,粒粒分明,味道是鹹甜的,應該是加了蒲汁的關係,而且每口都能吃到鰻魚粒,味道更香!
