To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店員服務態度差，食到一肚氣

我昨晚買飯食，個收款員心不在焉，排我前面2個位個阿婆買外賣飯，47元個飯，支付50元，個職員找返53元比阿婆，阿婆吾出聲，跟著我前面個男人見到責罵她點收款，找3蚊的變找50幾請著你倒米，跟著到我買飯，我只說要什麼飯，就毛啦啦變外賣，點之櫃檯員埋怨的轉單做堂食讓佢麻煩，我都冇講過外賣我同佢地說，你收款員找錯錢又落錯單做錯野，就怪我這個食客，我覺得態度好差，跟著個拎餐員將盤飯掉在的枱前，勁勞氣個隻，好冇禮貌。第一次遇到這樣。 自己同事做錯野懶食客。
