To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店員發緊夢定係培訓不足？

提前係App拎左位，去到店員表示依家得迴轉位，卡位要等，我問大概等幾耐，跟住話預計唔到。過左10秒，有另一位職員又帶左我們入去，路上見到空空如也既位置（迴轉及卡位都有），所以係咩意思好啦，跟住坐埋位落單啦。檯面得一本基本menu，問番店員有冇時令menu，店員話轉頭會有，ok！等左幾分鐘都冇動靜，再追問，店員話6點半先有，而依家時間係6點鐘，請問點解第一次唔同客人表達清楚呢？其實都經常幫襯，估唔到會係咁樣，態度唔係要求話好好，但基本野係咪要做到？
