To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽朋友介紹好耐一直無機會試～今次lunchtime去到竟然淨係排咗十五分鐘左右就入得！過程之中店員仲怕我哋等得耐，好有禮貌咁同我哋講差唔多到㗎啦，好快有枱～入到餐廳見我哋三個人兩本menu仲主動比多本我哋，上菜速度又快，真係啱曬趕時間嘅香港人。嚟到重點嘅招牌海南雞飯，雞肉嫩滑毋庸置疑，配埋酸酸哋嘅醬真係一流，重點係雞肉一啲都唔肥！唔肥又唔柴真係好難得！再要讚吓個油飯，粒粒分明但比較乾爽唔會食到成口油，配埋面頭香口嘅炸乾蔥大家食完都話意猶未盡。跟餐仲有配湯，椰子雞湯飲落清爽一D油膩感都無，咁嘅配搭無得輸！
