To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午去斬左68蚊「乳豬」食。好似148蚊斤。同佢地講話要乳豬，大概60蚊。手起刀落就68蚊，冇所謂啦。嗱嗱淋去櫃台畀錢。返到嚟已經斬好、包好左。即刻返公司劏豬食。打開個袋，見冇乳豬醬，算。打開個盒，就知道唔可以就咁就算。68蚊，換來的是幾塊乳豬皮，燒豬肉，同一大堆骨！！！ 味似燒豬肉 gum lor~~~ 乳豬皮 is still crispy geh~~~ Pretty average overall.有圖有真相，即刻去圖！（筷子係我自己另行提供的）
