To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開維園嗰頭，當然要順便搵吓食啦！突然間諗起想食上海野，腦內就浮現出上海弄堂這個名字。所以就試一試位於天后嘅上海弄堂。餐廳空間於門外一眼睇晒，雖則店舖比較細，但座位都尚算舒適，好適合三五知己飯聚聯誼。晚市時間都有套餐供應， 10分抵！肴肉端出來，夠凍👍🏻肉味香，點黑醋佐以薑絲，十分清新！用來作開胃菜一流！炒膳糊係我自己任性唔理朋友喜好點的😂膳肉香軟！味道適中，唔太鹹。膳比韭黃還多！連平日唔食膳糊的朋友都食得好開心！上海炒年糕，炒得香噴噴！年糕好有咬口，煙煙韌韌！唔好睇佢咁深色，一啲都唔鹹，令人一口接一口，不停食🤤就算分店，質素都維持得好好！以後諗起食上海野，一定會諗起「上海弄堂」！
