To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雞翼也好、雞肉也好,總之要食雞一定要食全熟,因為生肉會有很多寄生蟲同細菌,所以大家在市面上所食的所有雞肉料理,都絕對需要肯定是全熟。 本人已經光顧過此餐廳無數次,向來都沒特別,大興就只有這附近幾間餐廳。今日叫一份雞翼2隻,一隻熟,冇問題,已經吃了。另一隻明顯有紅色,立即要求侍應換過隻。10分鐘過後,侍應似乎已經忘記?要再追。。。到換過隻新炸雞翼上枱,食之前當然檢查一下。就出現圖中雞翼,雞骨附近雞肉明顯粉紅色。再叫侍應睇睇,今次過嚟招呼我既,係自稱店長,全店最大係佢既蔣小姐。經佢肉眼檢測,佢堅稱,雞翼雞肉雞骨....粉紅色係好正常㗎,係咁㗎,肯定係熟㗎,因為佢本人日日都食㗎,教我如果D雞肉係唔熟嘅話,我係唔會打得開隻雞翼㗎(搣唔開),仲叫我不妨去搵衛生署或食環署投訴/檢驗囉。。。仲有,第一次換嗰隻都係熟㗎!我再強調,面前既肉係有血水,粉紅色,店長蔣小姐強調,係熟既!因為佢日日都食。。坐多幾分鐘,都冇人再過嚟處理隻雞翼喇。錢我當然照比,生雞翼就當然冇食,自問腸胃絕對冇店長蔣小姐咁好,唯有犧牲隻雞翼啦。。。其實我只要求一隻熟既雞翼,唔係得閒得濟搵人搞事,又唔係要求咩賠償,我原本亦冇諗住投訴,

除咗起度比劣評之外。。。仲可以點做?
