To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間餐廳坐落於新商場的地下，裝修光鮮舒適，從開業到現在都頗受歡迎，星期日中午都要等位，幸好也不算等很久。這店食物的款式也很多，有西式意粉、日式拉麵和薄餅等，價錢也很大眾化。我們光顧過這店兩次，合共點了以下圖片中的食品。這裏的食物擺盤精美，看著也賞心悅目，味道也不錯，當然不能要求太高啦。意粉的軟硬度適中，汁料也很配合。配米飯的午餐份量適中，伴碟的蔬菜也不馬虎。芝士焗蒜蓉包雖然份量較少，但味道不錯。pizza的toppings比較少，有點可惜。比較令人失望的是意大利飯，水份仍未充足吸收，整碟飯黏黏濕濕的，稍為失色。但作為平日午餐的食店，這間算是一個好的選擇。
