平時出面食開的蟹餅蟹肉較少,味道又唔明顯,聽聞這裡的蟹餅做得幾出色就叫黎試試,價錢又唔算貴。

一個圓滾滾的蟹餅兩面都有煎過,還配上牛油果醬、芒果沙律和蒜泥蓉蛋黃醬三款醬料。

蟹餅食落很香口,不易散開,裡頭填了滿滿的蟹肉,每啖都食到蟹肉的質感和鮮味,蟹肉咬落清爽不乾柴。小妹就喜歡唔加任何醬料,單獨食蟹味更突出,不過加上少許芒果沙律醬,酸酸甜甜的味道都不錯。

用上小鍋子焗的芝士通心粉,上面鋪滿了烘得勁香的芝士脆脆,秒一啖食落有香口的感覺,底下係黑松露忌廉汁汁配上通心粉;仲有加左數塊切片豬肉腸,入口好creamy,醬汁很杰身,係松露味唔夠明顯,不過味道都唔錯!

鍾意芝士既應該會幾鍾意,不過建議兩三個分甘同味,因為都幾飽滯。

用炭爐燒的乳豬外皮烤得很香咬落脆身,底下還黏著一塊脂肪層,咀嚼中能感受到那層脂肪的口感,脂香四溢,乳豬肉入口也嫩滑多汁,味道相當不錯,而且很邪惡!建議乳豬可蘸上所附的蘋果醬,酸酸甜甜的食落沒這麼膩和飽滯。

最後來一個帶有慈善意義的粉紅甜品,中間係白朱古力與香桃所製的法國甜品Bavaroise,配合底下的白桃汁,是慕絲的一種,質感細滑且輕盈;還有些蛋白餅和草莓Jelly作點綴,賣相充滿美感。

另外當晚一位疑似係經理的服務態度好好,見到隔離檯兩位想叫一個牛扒一齊食,但一個想要四成一個想要七成,經理問過廚房後肯幫佢地分開一半再煎,好細心!
