To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為70/80年代生存下來的三大快餐集團之一的大快活,從來都比較上低調, 近十年亦走健康路線, 如果從以前角度去睇依家嘅大快活會覺得品種好少, 不過從另一角度去睇又感覺佢將精力集中喺一主些佢地認為應該做嘅食材上, 去蕪存菁都係一個順應時勢靈活經營的生存之道, 而自己用咗兩個月時間的星期五午餐, 試咗兩間大快活比較餐廳的服務態度同出品質素, 兩間都在長沙灣(喜薈) / 荔枝角(長沙灣廣場地鋪), 明顯地長沙灣廣場地鋪午市繁忙, 所有人都比較燥, 份量亦比較小,  喜薈的店面積其實也差不多大, 學生占一半, 工作的人比較從容, 沒有緊張嘅表情, 食物份量相對較寬鬆, 午餐在四十之內的選擇係有嘅但只有在 "喜薈分店"可能因為體量學生同家長啩?! 只一個選擇"咸蛋肉餅飯"$38 賣晒就無, 肉餅係一件丁方形的切件肉餅, 上面有咸蛋黃, 肉餅唔係乾硬化嗰隻, 有肉汁但唔鬆散, 肉餅嘅軟硬度係剛剛好用筷子稍稍用力就可以夾開佢嗰種, 食唔出用咗太多調味料嘅味道但又唔係淡而無味的肉渣, 估佢唔到全店最平的食物可以咁有水準, 重會旁邊有一小堆蒜茸白椰菜夠貼心, 另外重有食過咕嚕肉/ 咖哩牛/ 咸魚肉餅價

價位在$45 - 50不等, 每款都有板有眼, 雖然外觀未必好吸引但味道同食物溫度都做到恰到好處,
