To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

清湯牛腩，味道棒棒牛腩是冬天時令食材，牛腩入味！排骨飯感覺有台式排骨飯，以大排骨製作，套餐一樣有白飯和排骨，炸排骨，很家常菜感覺呢～排骨切好，放工後不用想，點這個有肉。排骨要炸出好吃很難，帶骨豬肉排切斷筋後用肉槌拍鬆，醃料放入果汁機並打勻成醃汁，這個店做得不錯。拍鬆的肉排放入醃汁中拌得棒，味道亦可。 油菜蔬菜新鮮，植物纖維高口感棒喔，熱量很低～牛腩上海面美食上海，有不少值得一吃的美食。這店清牛腩，將牛骨、蘿蔔熬底，加入牛腩慢火滾到軟透，輕輕一咬就在口中化開，清甜的湯頭伴隨著牛腩的香軟，尾韻更甘美。增添風味，這是一道非常下飯之料理喔！爽滑清湯煵，棒！清湯牛腩，味道棒棒牛腩是冬天時令食材，牛腩入味！
