To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚在將軍澳做運動，尾站是康城，順便吃碗麵。餐廳位於商場，裝潢簡潔企理，設有卡座、圓檯和方檯。餐牌上除了牛腩，也有飯等選擇。⭐️清湯牛腩河$53牛腩河份量足，配上河粉，是最容易勾起回憶的味道。記得中學的時候差不多每日中午都會吃一碗牛腩麵。湯底清甜，牛腩偏瘦，牛味突出，越嚼越香。⭐️清湯牛三寶撈麵$77牛三寶撈鹼水麵，我對鹼水麵情有獨鍾，麵條很油，很有彈性。牛三寶有金錢肚、牛腩和牛筋，份量足。配上麵條，牛筋柔軟，金錢肚柔韌，牛腩味道濃郁，一次過滿足多個願望。⭐️魚蛋$8魚蛋是白魚蛋，入口彈牙爽口。⭐️鮮蝦$10鮮蝦味道彈牙，雲吞啖啖蝦肉，真材實料。
