今日去咗北角嘅滾得囍宮廷火鍋小炒，貪佢呢度環境甚有氣派之餘，招呼都好好。康熙花膠雞湯鍋嘅雞湯真係超好飲，我哋每人飲咗三大碗，用嚟放火鍋配料基本上唔需要點豉油。雞件肉質鮮嫩，再放入雞湯慢煮一下就更鮮味。手切頂級安格斯牛肉上枱嗰下已經夠晒氣勢，牛肉片充滿雪花，用嚟打邊爐一流。另外我哋仲叫咗蜂巢豆腐、稻庭烏冬同油麥菜。特別推介佢嘅蜂巢豆腐，大大件已經夠晒抵食，落晒湯底之餘仍然保持住豆腐嘅嫩滑，真係大人細路都鍾意食。原來佢哋仲做緊推廣，特價時段就更加優惠。
