為了减低我既post holiday depression syndrome XD, 去食了個廉價法國菜lunch~~前菜: 西洋菜忌廉湯好有中式西洋菜豬骨湯feel, 可惜唔夠cream太稀了, crouton又太硬, salad一般Main course:- Deep fried cordon Bleu: 吉列雞胸醸芝士, 估唔到個雞胸幾滑又多汁, 叉一拮D芝士即刻流哂出來, 加上火腿片既鹹香令味道多点層次, 最緊要係食完都唔覺油膩~~good good! Side dish既薯條夠味但太幼不是我杯茶~~Prawn risotto in ink cream sauce: 試了一啖, 夠creamy但又唔会太杰, ink risotto來説一定比中環那間fofo好吃(贵加鹹到似飲海水, 果真一試難忘-.-), 略嫌墨魚味唔夠濃, 還有唔係prawn係shrimp, D蝦唔大隻的~以这價錢來説中規中矩吧~~Dessert: 同事1号在我的威迫下叫了不一樣的甜品XD caramel cake not overly sweet yet the caramel flavor is quite
