今晚嚟到位於銅鑼灣新開嘅日本餐廳,之前曾經去過元朗分店,估唔到咁快就開第二間呀。餐廳繼續走高檔路線,環境都一樣咁靚~我哋坐bar 枱,可以欣賞廚師嘅刀功。廚師發板的晚市餐牌,$1800 包括七道前菜、燒物、十一款壽司、卷物、湯同甜品。今晚食嘅魚生、壽司等等都好高質新鮮,絕對物超所值,而最難忘就係以下幾款了:北海道白海膽 - 好鮮甜,一啲都唔腥小肌 - 肉質真係好彈牙春子鯛 - 第一次食呢個,好有口感醬油漬中拖羅 - 肉質軟滑,有入口即溶感鰆魚壽司 - 真係勁新鮮,好想食多嚿!
