廚師發板有驚喜我一向喜歡到不同的觀塘工廈裏搵食,今次來到掌壽司試試廚師發板~前菜已令我十分期待,海葡萄貝柱沙律包含黑醋和麻醬,一份沙律,兩種味道。刺身也很高質,味道由淺入深吃,十分講究,廣島蠔大隻肥美,再來間八薄切,大赤蝦,最後到入口即溶的大拖羅,很滿足呢😋在吃熱食前,吃口巨峰車厘茄,Wow! 感覺非常奇妙,原來師傅已經用巨峰汁把車厘茄浸了三日三夜,才令車厘茄吸上味道,如此有心機👍🏻天婦羅十分有驚喜,原來是關西版本的天婦羅,特點是粉漿較薄,反而更能吃出蝦的鮮味,只需輕輕調味,每件天婦羅包括茄子番薯都很美味。最後作結的北海道3.6牛乳雪糕配紅妹碎十分清新,令人回味整晚的日本料理體驗🥰
