To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 8月時候有2位朋友生日,決定帶她們大吃一餐,朋友們提出去元朗壽司之神,大家都愛吃日本料理。平時去日本料理較為平價 ,今次來這間日本料理。壽司之神是我去過日本料理價錢偏貴,平均1000元一個人,師傅根據時令安排客人吃什麼,餐廳地方不是好大,裝修充滿日本風格,店員安排我們坐吧檯前 ,可以看到師傅純熟刀功,首先吃了前菜,跟著師傅再安排時令壽司/刺身給我們,日本人較愛吃吞拿魚,日本人叫三文魚做拖羅 ,這裡師傅事先問客人有咩唔吃 ,服務十分細心,環境都還可以,格局同居酒屋有些小相似,呢間在元朗開了4年了,早過元朗另一間人氣壽司店早開在元朗,耳聞在這裡出身,壽司之神在元朗有一定人氣,我覺得價錢幾貴,貴得來值得去吃下廚師發板壽司,刺身好有水準,魚湯亦好好飲,值得去下壽司之神味道前菜,平時去平價日本料理。比較少前菜,這裡整得好有水準,十分精美左口魚,第一次吃這個,師傅處理魚本來腥味,吃下去時好有魚的鮮味,好好味拖羅,厚切好有鮮味 ,完全冇雪味 ,証明十分新鮮,魚油分佈好平均油甘魚,味道鮮味無比秋刀魚,我覺得魚味好鮮甜,又冇魚的腥味魚湯,濃郁而不油膩,魚味不會太腥兼不會有太咸感覺雪糕,冇特別天婦羅,炸得

前菜,平時去平價日本料理。比較少前菜,這裡整得好有水準,十分精美

左口魚,第一次吃這個,師傅處理魚本來腥味,吃下去時好有魚的鮮味,好好味

油甘魚,味道鮮味無比

秋刀魚,我覺得魚味好鮮甜,又冇魚的腥味

魚湯,濃郁而不油膩,魚味不會太腥兼不會有太咸感覺

天婦羅,炸得金黃可囗

完全見識師傅刀功,店員事先了解客人有咩不吃,避免浪費食物

環境
地方不是太大,空間感覺十分舒適

價錢
的確不是人人可以負擔,我覺得物有所值
