今天非常榮幸同靚太一齊吃日本菜,靚太嘴刁,唔好食一定唔食。佢話壽司櫻係登龍街開的日本餐廳質素一定有保證。我點了壽司12貫,靚太就點了omakasa.餐廳的服務非常體貼,Chief每一道菜都用心介紹食物及食法。我特別喜歡吞拿魚腩壽司,入口即溶,無得輸。另外,還有池魚、鯛魚、牡丹蝦、左口、北寄貝、海膽、帆立貝、梭子魚等等,時令新鮮壽司刺身,各有特色。不過,一定要介紹慢煮了36小時的沖繩豬手,不但入味而且嫩滑,又充滿骨膠原。
