筆者與太太勻喜愛吃日菜,所以不時也會四處尋找富質素的日本料理。是晚造訪的福村日本料理是食友 O 的推介,餐廳開業於中港城內,門面招牌用上甚搶眼的橙色,遠遠也能望見。餐廳裝潢是典型的和式設計,簡潔平實。店內以不同廳房作區間,近入口處是壽司吧枱,走廊左邊是鐵板燒房,右邊及盡處是不同的獨立房間。各房間有大有小,私隱度高,很適合商務客及私人聚餐。 今晚前來的目標是品嚐一眾壽司刺身,近廚得食,安坐壽司吧枱當然最好不過。放眼前方凍櫃,各式刺身整齊排列,時令海魚貝類則放在最顯眼的轉角位置,喜之次、黑鯥、金目鯛、牡丹蝦... 林林種種無不吸引。要嚐到每天最合時新鮮的貨式,一定要相信師傅的介紹與巧手,廚師發辦往往是高級日本料理的最佳選擇。在美饌奉上之前,先品嚐美酒一杯閒聊片刻。從入口處的酒櫃可見,清酒是這兒的主打酒品。是晚淺嚐了小樽獺祭 50 純米大吟釀,酒品產自日本山口縣,雖然只屬精米步合 50% 的入門大吟釀級別,但酒體已有一定深度,入口柔順帶甜。為增加美酒的個性,食客更可自由選擇最合心的酒具,視覺味覺齊享受。 正式開始是晚盛宴,首先品嚐一道清簡的日本菠菜沙律,菠菜選材鮮爽,拌以香口的胡麻醬汁已很清
