我地一行10個大人同個B 揀咗呢間剛剛開舖不足半年,但係已經喺我嘅朋友圈少有名氣,位於炮台山地鐵站對面嘅《大和拉麵和食料理》補足阿B 生日,門口一排紅紅嘅燈籠好易見。我地一早book好枱,request廚師發辦,安排好今晚嘅菜式,人頭 $750/位 (不包酒水),呢晚真係超值部份菜式因為好好食嘅原故,一落檯已經俾人掃哂落肚,所以無影到相 殘念……燒鱈魚片脆炸河蝦仔基本上我地為咗留肚食其他嘢,我地㩒住自己唔俾自己encore呢兩款小食 枝豆可以落返少啲鹽,我地飲酒嘅覺得啱啱好,但非酒鬼嘅朋友覺得好咸,要注意啊 蟹籽沙律 唯一唔同嘅係,店員好貼心咁喺臨上沙律前問我地,「想自己撈定幫我地撈埋」,梗係撈埋啦~九洲湯燒鳥拉麵 燒飯糰配茶湯 我本身想試下個蕃茄湯底的,但有小朋友食,唔想俾佢食啲酸甜食物,下次吧除咗四名師傳嘅出品質素好之外,兩位樓面嘅service亦都好sweet,抵讚加油呀,我地會keep住黎幫襯der...小小貼士:因為係廚師發辦嘅關係,有好多菜式都唔會喺佢地個常規餐牌入面order到,想食相片入面嘅order嘅話就要早啲幾日打去喇(我地早一星期前訂位,俾咗人均消費佢地,是晚竟然
