Restaurant: Heartful Veggie (East Point City)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上湯雜菜煲,同平時清湯已經唔同咗,湯面多咗一層油,食剩三條竹笙,吸晒油,唔敢食,嘥晒。裡面嘅松茸,趙趙下有陣嘢生味走出嚟,應該係浸泡咗,未有再煲返熟,但已經吐唔切。招牌金磚豆腐,同平時同餐牌相完全係兩樣,睇今次豆腐外皮,似茶餐廳炆斑腩做法,上邊覆蓋左一大湯殼菇菌醬汁,轉頭已經發脹晒,要解剖豆腐出嚟食,多咗一堆嘢。菜式叫得招牌菜,原本係做得好精緻,恰到好處。星洲炒米,一向做得最出色,好過好多星馬餐廳,但今日唔夠乾身,香料都未炒出味道,米粉口感似湯粉,各自試咗幾啖,剩返大半碟。終於係食到冇哂胃口,兩點起身埋單,原來走剩兩枱,應該大家都已知乜情況,只係我地剛剛知。
