To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

提早食生日飯及做冬,素食係一個幾好嘅選擇。我哋三個人揀咗竹笙翅,叉燒及片皮鴨拼盤,薑蓉炒豆苗,豆腐煱。除咗薑蓉炒豆苗唔太特別之外。竹笙翅當然就仿翅啦,但係個湯味道做得好好,同以前酒樓去飲嘅時候味道一樣,仲會跟紅醋同胡椒粉添。我哋每人食咗三碗。叉燒及片皮鴨拼盤跟刈飽,雖然跟刈飽比較有飽肚感,但係片皮鴨青瓜及甜醬嘅配合就恍如食緊真嘅片皮鴨一樣。叉燒就好似平時食齋叉燒嘅感覺一樣,但係就比較厚身啲。豆腐鍋就好似豆腐火腩嘅味道一樣,入邊有白果,松茸,白菜仔等

之前食過一次d餸ok,雖然有差評但照約朋友黎食晚餐,點知食到一半仲有幾檯客就開始係旁邊掃地拖檯搬凳好滋擾。已經冇理佢地打算食埋個甜品就走,點知突然兩個侍應走埋黎想郁我地碗碟,話要執野叫我地搬去第二檯食。我話好快食埋唔想搬,結果兩個人居然唔理客人意見想直接推我地檯走?!最後我問佢地服務咁差係咪唔洗加一先停手,仲要係旁邊大聲話我唔合作??我俾錢黎食野係客人,從未見過餐廳咁趕客既,最後冇道歉仲收茶錢加一$50。大家千萬唔好去俾錢買難受,特別約人時唔想有不愉快經歷時千祈唔好去!!

上湯雜菜煲,同平時清湯已經唔同咗,湯面多咗一層油,食剩三條竹笙,吸晒油,唔敢食,嘥晒。裡面嘅松茸,趙趙下有陣嘢生味走出嚟,應該係浸泡咗,未有再煲返熟,但已經吐唔切。招牌金磚豆腐,同平時同餐牌相完全係兩樣,睇今次豆腐外皮,似茶餐廳炆斑腩做法,上邊覆蓋左一大湯殼菇菌醬汁,轉頭已經發脹晒,要解剖豆腐出嚟食,多咗一堆嘢。菜式叫得招牌菜,原本係做得好精緻,恰到好處。星洲炒米,一向做得最出色,好過好多星馬餐廳,但今日唔夠乾身,香料都未炒出味道,米粉口感似湯粉,各自試咗幾啖,剩返大半碟。終於係食到冇哂胃口,兩點起身埋單,原來走剩兩枱,應該大家都已知乜情況,只係我地剛剛知。

每逢下午茶時段,就會排滿人,好熱鬧!因為價錢較抵。入到裏面枱同枱之間較迫,座無虛席。鮑魚刺身伴泰醬米紙卷呢度新式菜茶,好特別,鮑魚刺身凍冰冰,彈牙有口感;米紙卷伴泰醬,米子卷完全冇味,好彩有泰醬配搭,感覺即刻清新哂,酸酸辣辣,好開胃。原條靚竹笙舞茸雞絲翅雞絲翅好夠味,用料好豐富,竹笙好大條,食完好滿足。鮮百合雞油菌浸菜苗菜苗好新鮮,鮮菌彈牙爽口。白松露海鮮炒飯個飯好香松露味,炒飯好炒到好乾身粒粒分明,配埋假海鮮好有口感。蜜汁叉燒陳皮骨呢兩個炸物炸得唔乾身,咬落感覺啖啖肉,配埋嚟蜜汁好惹味。自家即磨腰果露+蓮蓉壽桃壽包不過不失,包質鬆軟。腰果露好香好滑,又唔太甜,推介!

放心!放心!就算成枱壽司刺身,肥豬肉,炸豬大腸,你一點罪惡感都沒有,因為全枱食物都是素食!大家無聽錯,是素食!
