週日於屯門三聖村品嚐海鮮,海鮮選購於海鮮檔關財記,並惠顧對面的廣東名門代為烹調。關財記舖位不細,海鮮款式繁多新鮮。一行四人選購了九節蝦、奄仔蟹、瀨尿蝦皇、聖子皇、貴妃蚝及大扇貝,只需五百餘元,收費合理。九節蝦以白灼烹調,以突出鮮蝦的鮮甜美味。奄仔蟹以油鹽焗製,做法特別,味道鹹鹹地,但不會搶走蟹的鮮味。蟹肉肉質都算結實,而且有羔,味道豐富。瀨尿蝦皇以椒鹽香蒜製作,香口惹味。聖子皇以傳统豉椒製作,聖子皇本身口感彈牙,質素不俗,但烹調方面則有點瑕疵,部份聖子仍覺得有點冷,烹調時間不足。貴妃蚝及大扇貝以蒜蓉粉絲蒸製,味道口感同樣令人滿意。除了海鮮,亦加選招牌燒鵝一碟。味道還OK,不過肉質過肥。海鮮費五百餘元,烹調費約五百元,人均消費二百五十元食海鮮餐都OK喇!
