初試廣東道樓上食肆,揀左呢間日本居酒屋。一出電梯大堂門口迎面而見就係充滿日式風情裝橫。引人入勝。甫入室內空間足夠。座位舒適,走廊寬敞。一口氣order左7件壽司,壽司飯軟糯且有飯香味,飯團尺寸適中,不像坊間那般太大舊,一件一啖剛剛到位。鰻魚壽司天作之合。火灸三文魚腩香淋而且鮮味十足。除咗壽司之外,串燒也是餐廳主打必食。鹽燒雞翼:已去骨的雞翼食起來更加方便,免去吐骨的苦腦。五花腩:外脆內軟,入口即感覺到肉香味,嚼勁十足。日本直送雞腎:雞腎細細粒,容易入口,細細咀嚼有雞腎獨有香味。豆卜:比較硬朗的口感且燒得脆香。脆肉瓜:經過燒炙仍能保持瓜的味汁,而且很爽口嫩口。日本番薯仔:比一般番薯較甜,一啖一只,俾你甜蜜的感覺。雞肉腸:肉感豐富,肉味鮮濃。
