廣東菜食得多悶了,朋友帶路轉口味食廣西風味菜,入得來當然食特色,所以大部分人都試柳州螺絲粉,$45碗,唔貴。地道小食一般配合當地民生,廣西並非富裕地,所謂風味,基本是靠酸辣味引起食慾,材料都是一些平價醃漬物如菜圃酸荀花生等等,組合得來,味道複雜又幾過癮,米粉幼滑,值得試,我都會回頭再食。仲食了酸筍翠薯苗$58,酸但爽口,但比其他菜苗粗糙,好彩煮得夠腍。魚香炒飯$58,有鑊氣,好香惹。
