To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家餐廳的用餐體驗極為差勁。員工的態度極為惡劣，由等位拎飛以至食物遲黎都可以無視客人。完全缺乏對待顧客的應有態度和禮貌，他們表現得不耐煩，甚至對我們的需求漠不關心10:45點了兩份雞排餐，第一份11:00到 第二份可以11:15先到， 而食物的質素也非常差，其中一份雞排未熟口感差，實在令人無法接受。也對食物的安全性產生了擔憂。衛生亦十分不理想，用餐其間有兩車大垃圾桶經過走廊我建議其他顧客慎重考慮是否選擇在此用餐。
