To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今餐係開關以後嘅第一餐韓燒，我緊係揀間好食又任食嘅去啦(捱左太耐啦係喺屋企）！！首先一嚟就揀咗一大盤肉，我覺得必食嘅係牛柳粒同魚柳！特別推介嘅係白色條腸，好食，有驚喜！牛柳粒肉質好嫩，咬落去好淋好入味，燒到8成熟倒食啱啱好！呢個白色腸出面比較少有，但係有少少芝士熔熔哋咁超正！另外仲有魚生所刺身任食，雖然選擇上未算好多，但勝在新鮮，特別係個蝦絕對係回本必食之一。其實佢肉食嘅選擇都好多，而衛生程度都算乾淨，值得一讚。食到咁滯有杯茶真係必須，而佢自助茶區真係不得了，選擇超多，個人揀咗山揸茶，消滯必飲！嘢飲都多選擇，但食燒肉飲啤酒是常識吧！其實佢200幾蚊嚟講真係好唔錯，又有得燒嘢食又可以打甂爐，仲有沙律吧，刺身，熟食等等，好啱一大班朋友嚟食，絶對值得推介。
