To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 《Dim Sum Library》一入門口有bar 枱位置可以用餐,但本人就不太喜歡坐高櫈食飯,所以坐返普通矮枱。餐廳的裝潢用餐枱面放哂餐具後空間已所剩無幾,好迫夾 。黑松露蝦餃 $58所謂黑松露其實用上黑松露油去代替,黑松露味唔算香但蝦肉爽口彈牙。海膽蟹肉春卷 $88春卷卷得太實同炸過龍,咬落唔夠鬆脆 。而且唔太食到春卷上嘅海膽味,個人認為此點心純粹卓頭,可不點。鵝肝桂花燻糖心蛋 $108冇諗過塊鵝肝咁肥美有返咁上下厚度,外層煎得薄薄脆口 。但由於下面係煙燻糖心蛋嘅關係,冇將鵝肝多餘嘅油索去,有啲油膩。而下面嘅糖心蛋,蛋黃卻八成熟,變相鵝肝做咗主角,失望。擔擔湯包 $68麻辣版小籠包,皮唔算薄透果種,攤一陣先再食仲有啲乾 。虎蝦菜苗餃 $7878蚊2粒菜苗餃貴咗個蝦。同相像中有啲出入以為會將蝦打碎混入菜苗中,結果係分開,所以下面都只係普通菜苗餃。花枝響鈴腸粉 $-響鈴乾脆可口一啲都唔油,配合枝竹同腸粉包埋一齊食清清地點個豉油唔錯。
