To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和家人食開年飯,一行十四大一細,叫了一圍十二人的份量都夠,所以碟頭都算大。係某d一人一份既餸加了兩舊。食食下飯見到隔離枱上了咕嚕肉,睇落好靚,所以忍唔住加了咕嚕肉,經理貼心提醒兩碟抵過加大,服務好好又有禮貌又會自動自發幫手加水,所以利是都比得鬆手椒鹽鮑魚原本以為會好乾又比炸粉蓋過鮮味,但有驚喜用的是大連鮮鮑,食得出鮮味,又嫩口彈牙,炸漿不會過厚過重口味,有點肯德基的感覺惟一一樣可以挑剔既係壽包既奶黃餡,唔知點解會好粉?如果可以整到有漏油嗰種既流沙奶黃就perfect海港一向味道不錯,長輩都滿意,會再回頭,上次食既清蒸帝王蟹都另人回味無窮
