To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

先吃一個壽司拼盤鮮象拔蚌、牡丹蝦、魚生壽司做開年飯的開胃菜配🍾Riesling白酒,超鮮甜好意頭!由Fish Bar必吃紅蟹肉鮮做蟹餅當頭盤,之後再食slow cook lobster pasta 慢煮龍蝦意粉🦞 🍝 ,下一道菜是煎M5 和牛,配菜西蘭花紅蘿蔔都非常新鮮。這裏的亮點是海鮮,酒煮生蠔煮得剛剛好,鮮甜味美又帶點酒香,可以豪食一對生蠔🦪🦪又不用在冬天吃凍冰冰,真好,吃蠔又應節🧧這裏的Mussels 是巨型手版長度的,Mussels in cream 熱辣辣的一窩,足足有12隻,大滿足好幸福。甜品是做得非常好的拿破崙法式千層酥 Mille Feuille,custard 唔太甜最好,餅底又非常鬆脆,新鮮水果草莓紅莓再配上金箔做的cream✨亮晶晶。這裏環境舒適優美,傍晚坐在池邊,感覺悠閒,空曠空氣流通,小小歐式屋子設計,份外溫馨溫暖。每道菜配上wine pairing 各款白酒紅酒,非常好的服務!一家人的開年飯吃得特別開心,心想事成如意吉祥🍊🍊🥂
