To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一上枱就有啲麵包同埋麵包脆片 平時麻麻哋鍾意食,因為佢哋上菜比較慢,所以唔食飯都幾好味睇返個人喜好揀我就鍾意食鬆軟啲嘅麵包,送走嘅人就揀香脆嗰隻 其實好似食餅咁咋嘛🤣餐湯有紅湯同白湯揀,想飽啲就揀忌廉蜆肉湯 都幾大碗,幾多蜆肉同薯仔 我想清啲就飲蔬菜湯我揀咗牛,但係見到人哋個魚都好靚仔好立體,試咗一啖發現好味過我哋啲牛,因為我哋啲牛有啲硬有啲就腍BB合格 不過整體而言 都係薄身,所以容易到係硬身,有啲朋友直程食剩好多 然後我試吓佢嗰塊真係太硬唔好食 九成熟都有大家都話好味嘅crab cake 上枱其實幾大件,側邊啲沙律菜同埋蕃茄都好鮮甜好味,蕃茄紅過有甜唔會太酸好正!原來呢個蟹餅好味係因為真係真係好多油,一食落去就知道佢係充滿豬油粉去整,但係唔係牛油味 不過真係真材實料一絲絲蟹肉㗎睇落好大份㗎,不過都薄身 寧願佢細少少厚身啲會好味啲 脂肪都夠嘅我呢塊OK成熟程度大概5×甜品有個朱古力波側邊有個柚子橙布丁咁嘅物體,幾好味侍應質素唔錯,但係佢哋實在太忙唔夠人手所以就serve得慢少少,但係見到佢哋冇停過㗎🥲

在萬豪泳池旁的一間餐廳。 主打吃海鮮,魚的味道如何? 我個人真的認為非常一般,我的Toothfish不算最很新鮮,調味也非常普通,魚皮煎得很脆,肉質是嫩,可惜味道一般不鮮甜。 港幣480元加一小費的一盤的主菜,沒有配特別的汁,失敗! 好的西餐魚可配各種特色醬汁提味。 但這菜連檸檬也沒有一片。 更不要想有配果汁加入酒調料香草做沾魚醬汁。 超市買一條魚回來煎一煎,味道基本上就一樣,根本不用外出吃,老實說我覺得是一盤沒有用心烹調的鱼,唯一的優點是不難吃,沙律味道不錯,用料也豐富 ,可惜酸了一些,為什麼廚師不把醋檸檬汁這些讓我自己加哩? 不知道他加了下去後又沒有試味,真的是酸了。 人均600元,應該只會來一次不會重來

Love the fish in this restaurant for the food. It's a true portfolio of fish options wonderfully cooked. A glass of wine sitting outdoors by the pool I love it. I spend a sizeable amount of money on wine and fish and shrimp.But damn. This whole we refuse to give you a glass of water and you must buy out filtered water is infuriating. Hong Kong water is absolutely 100% drinkable. And your saying or implying otherwise is wrong. Or your strategy to up my bill is also wrong. You're not saying you can't. You're saying you won't.Customers deserve an option for a glass of water. So full points on a great restaurant for food but sorry.You need to stop your forcing people to buy your filtered water. It’s tacky and sleazy.

行過JW,心諗,不如試吓佢哋樓下嘅魚吧,再唔會嗌錯嘅!入到去,環境唔錯,坐落室外,綠意盎然又超有feel,等落菜單都唔覺得攰。😌開胃先點海鮮拼盤,上碟嗰一刻,我嗰餓呀,直頭衝到雲霄飛車頂點!生蠔新鮮到,攞筷子夾一夾,啱啱好,汁液又鮮又甜,啖啖肉感,食落去好過癮。❤️轉戰主菜,牛扒配薯蓉,嚟啦!牛扒外香內嫩,五成熟得嚟唔會太乾,啖啖肉香,仲有埋薯蓉,啖啖牛油香,滑溜溜嘅,移唔開口。最後收尾點咗啲青口啤酒,青口肉質嫩滑,啤酒味道恰到好處,唔會蓋過海鮮本身嘅味,完美combi!唯一美中不足,洗手間得一間,但服務生嘅悉心服務,加上無敵海景,其實都補返嚟,下次仲想再嚟試其他海鮮,兩嘴先!👍🏻🦀🐟
