To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

建議：蛋糕盒底有放左一包雪種🧊 不過天氣實在太熱，自取時店員都有提醒盡快放入雪櫃👍#品穀 既蛋糕同麵包都都屬高質之選，之前物色緊原個蛋糕，甘岩碌開艾豬🎂 見到有幾個介紹佢地既開心果蛋糕Post📸 原個#開心果蛋糕 都算係幾難得，到底係咪真係#開心果控 必試呢💚今次試左：▫️開心果慕斯蛋糕蛋糕有3️⃣種尺寸，視乎食用既人數最少係1️⃣磅。每個蛋糕都配一把好高質既不鏽鋼刀，係取餅時店員都有提醒要洗一洗先好用。整體既外型都幾靚，面層有青蘋果片擺設、開心果粒同淋面。切開後層次分明，不鏽鋼刀切真係好岩用👍🏻因為底層既脆底如果用膠刀應該都幾難去切得完整😌整體味道唔錯，雖然未有相像中有超濃既開心果味，不過每層既配搭得宜，甜度算適中。坊間上真係比較少見有開心果蛋糕，所以依款蛋糕對#開心果控 算係其中一個選擇💚
