To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日經過品糓想再試下開心果嘢！✧ 開心果瑪德蓮（$26）蛋糕嗰part烘得幾脆🧁所以食落口感唔會似乾啃包咁面層用咗白朱古力溝開心果醬去黐實開心果碎估計啲開心果碎亦都有烘過 有陣香味的(呢度po唔到片大家去foodiechuxx_ ig睇）至於個餡本豬一直以為係紅豆味🫘但後尾睇返description 過係開心果praline但食落真係冇開心果味反而有啲似紅棗嗰種甜味個texture亦都比想像中杰同黐牙Overall本豬覺得呢個好過開心果雪山！不過佢體型細好多但賣同一個價錢💸所以都係維持普通嘅rating啦
