To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去海洋公園玩, 中午在園內餐廳食, 完全唔掂, 返酒店staycation. 叫左開胃既譚仔.  我地叫左過橋米線套餐,土匪雞翼,蒜泥白肉同埋清菜. 基本上套餐已經可以試了所有的餸. 因為我唔食得太辣, 所以湯底選了微酸辣.  湯底真的不得不說, 真的起級開胃. 每吃一口米線, 加一口湯. 真係絶配. 米線爽口, 酸辣味剛好. 就算是外賣, 送到都是熱的. 味道保持水準.蒜泥白肉真是譚仔的招牌菜, 肥豬肉配勁多的蒜蓉, 喜歡蒜蓉的朋友不容錯過, 土匪雞翼不過不失.
