To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來谭仔都有素食,逢星期一更有特价,38蚊碗,適合我母親素食者。素植物肉,咸酸菜那碗米线,有豆腐泡,竹笙,淮山,淮山不錯,食一碗就已经飽。父親那碗是人參雞湯米線,人参鸡汤都不错,有鹌鹑蛋,有淮山,一条人参,有肉,51蚊。

譚仔炸醬真係好啱我口味,雖則話三哥先最正宗,但係都抵唔過我鐘意譚仔嘅口味,所以我來親都只會揀譚仔,食慣咗譚仔嘅味,反而三哥就還好。我每次來都係獨沽一味炸醬麻辣3小,個炸醬甜甜哋,好好味,單餸個炸醬係最多㗎,所以我唔會加餸,我只要都係食佢個炸醬。之前個口水雞翼我都好鐘意,唔知點解依家無咗,佢嘅麻辣味又係令我好回味,可惜。米線佢煮得啱啱好,好幼嘅,好有咬口,爽滑又唔會硬,有哋鋪頭煮到發漲淋晒咁,呢到無啲咁嘅問題。不過個湯就認真嘛嘛啦,好似越做越咸咁,希望可以改善啦,咁樣真係好難令人成日去食㗎。唔知幾時多咗個掃QR code點餐,不過個QR code係要等counter 俾嘅,叫得譚仔遮遮過來都順手點埋餐啦,仲等佢個code咩?

間中就會心思思想食吓譚仔雲南米線,而家越食越誇張,一個人都可以食晒成個小鍋米線加土匪雞翼,貪佢夠多餸,就係食餸都飽。最喜歡吃竹笙同豆卜,索晒啲湯汁好好味。我選的是酸辣湯底,酸酸辣辣嘅味道,比起麻辣更易入口,而且也十分惹味。咩餸都有啲嘅小鍋米線

因為星期五約埋啲同事一齊唔帶飯出去食咁啱見到譚仔有新廣告就諗住去試一試記得之前都有試過一個新產品係烤雞米線嗰次食過,覺得幾好食所以今次見到都諗住試一試我哋大概中午12點去到我哋六個人都唔駛等,即刻入我就直接揀咗呢個烤雞肉醬米線呢個係撈米線,唔係湯米線有得揀辣我自己唔食得太辣只係揀咗10小辣超多肉醬烤雞大概有六舊肉質係嫩口 入面仲有芽菜撈住一齊食,好有口感但係個底太多油食到最尾覺得有啲油總括嚟講呢個新產品,我覺得值得一試
