觀塘分店嘅丼瀛重開啦!星期二既丼𤅗仍然座無虛席,加上網上評論讚多過批評,身邊朋友都讚好,尊重民意既我決定試一試丼瀛。餐廳非常闊落,燈光十足。- 焗帆立貝我哋叫左明太子味同芝士味,特別之處在於丼瀛將帆立貝切粒後再焗,並非原隻焗,食落非常爽口彈牙。明太子焗帆立貝味道比較豐富,芝士焗帆立貝比較膩,但滋味程度爆燈🤤- 燒大蝦頭蝦頭好大,不過蝦身肉質麻麻,相比焗帆立貝變得普普通通。- 鍋燒烏冬份量好足料,入面有炸雞同炸蝦,撈勻蛋黃後湯底無咁鹹,烏冬就好滑溜。- 甲羅燒松葉蟹肉丼賣相十分豪邁,松葉蟹肉同三文魚籽鋪滿丼飯上面,加上兩支飽滿蟹腳,鮮甜無比。更誇張既係仲有甲羅燒,蟹膏香濃,鹹甜適中,送飯可謂絕配。整體嚟講,焗帆立貝同蟹肉丼好出色,味道提升咗一個層次,真係強勢回歸。
