今日同朋友訂左位,去灣仔食日本料理。「Sushi Kei」主打廚師發辦Omakase,所有食材都係由日本直送到香港,再由大廚為客人即叫即做,絕對新鮮。餐廳是日式風格,所有既裝飾同擺設都好有居有日本特色。環境舒服,最岩慢慢享受。蜜金錭食落肉質柔軟肥美,口感嫩滑。墨魚好漿口,再加上海鹽,柚子皮,口感鮮味清香,好有驚喜。池魚既肉質好柔嫩,口感非常油潤,整體魚脂甘香。鰤魚本身魚味超濃,口感油潤肥厚,脂膏豐腴。三文魚籽,口感鮮甜爆汁,又不會過咸,岩岩好。日本靜岡蜜瓜香甜多汁。真係一道比一道精彩!
