▫️ 骨付雞海苔竹簾冷烏冬👉🏻食法係將冷烏冬好似沾麵咁放入鰹魚汁🥢烏冬手打係真係唔同d,質感非常Q彈爽口😮一食就愛上!但係其實我食唔出任何海苔味,係普通原味😂👉🏻骨付雞成隻手掌咁大😍我見店員喺焗爐拎出嚟,雞睥烤到外脆內嫩,仲有特製調味料,唔只係皮,雞肉都醃到好入味同惹味🤤呢間嘢令到我愛上冷烏冬,因為冷縮熱漲嘅關係冷烏冬口感更加煙韌🥰
