因為拎月餅,所以出咗旺角一轉。發現麵麵依間餐廳專做魚烏冬。香港近排出咗好多新奇烏冬,早排有白布烏冬,緐家又有魚烏冬,可以講烏冬都算香港人四大麵食之一。今次叫咗日式叉燒魚烏冬,試試後發現相當唔錯呀!魚烏冬非常彈牙,而且魚湯味濃,同荃灣某魚湯餐廳有得揮。肉就係日式叉燒,配上煎蛋絲同紫茶。凍檸茶亦都相當唔錯,用新鮮檸檬沖,唔似出面茶記咁得個死甜。美中不足嘅係,前菜同叉燒好普通,冇乜特別。如果配菜都做得好嘅話,咁就perfect。
