胡椒肉骨茶,深啡色的湯配上3條豬肋骨。湯色深偏鹹,飲不到有藥材的味道。豬肋骨像用白水煮熟,沒有什麼別的味道。蛋炒豬腸粉,色澤油潤,腸粉條條脹卜卜,軟滑可口。蛋碎脆香,加上大量蔥花,一起吃更是香。本想叫香煎脆邊蛋肉餅飯,但剛賣完,改叫滑蛋义燒飯。蛋滑亦有脆邊,混和义燒碎粒吃,很惹味。飯粒粒分明,豉油唔太鹹,全部撈埋吃軟中帶脆,可口。脆香魚餅,炸得仍保魚質濕潤,這小食不錯。咖央多士,薄片多士中塗上咖啡色的微甜醬,但真吃不出是什麼味道,就當普通多士來吃吧。檸檬薏米水,飲不到有檸檬味,薏米是硬的,唔太甜。
