To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位處跑馬地的中菜館,雖店舖不大,但都薄有名氣。是晚試了數款名菜。大良炒鮮奶:賣相雪白討好。炒鮮奶口感嫩滑;內含帶子非常鮮甜爽口,好食。菠蘿生炒骨:醬汁偏酸。生炒骨剛炸起外層鬆脆熱辣,只可惜內裡肉質不夠juicy。煎釀鯪魚:OK,只是「魚塊」實了少許。蝦子柚皮:蝦子數量不多。柚皮炆得幾腍幾入味。薑葱魚雲煲:賣相OK。因小弟不吃魚雲,所以味道不予致評。薑葱美國蠔煲:先將美國蠔走油再放在瓦煲烹制,薑葱夠惹味,美國蠔的夠大夠鮮味。啫啫唐生菜煲:很惹味搶口,味道偏鹹。干扁肉鬆炒四季豆:另一推介之作,味道濃郁,送飯一流。楊州炒飯:賣相隹,餸料多,炒飯夠乾身好食。粉葛赤小豆排骨湯:老火靚湯,幾好飲。
