今次有食神,朋友話帶我黎呢到食日本串燒,咁就跟左佢黎呢到食呢次由朋友拍板落ORDER,叫左自家製慢煮雞肉($88)、雞皮($32)、日本大和雞雞腎($39)、自制雞肉丸配黃金蛋($36)、糯米雞肉丸($48)、日本香蔥豚肉卷($39)、秋葵($29)*2、松露揚薯波($34)*2、東京灣鮑魚($78)*2、揚大和妃子雞芝心卷($198)、日式梅子飯糰($38)*2入座率超高,基本上都坐滿晒人,由於由2位主廚即時燒D食物,所以等候時間會耐少少,不過我地坐BAR枱緣故,所以可以睇住師傅表演自家製慢煮雞肉:慢煮雞肉,自然食落肉質嫩滑,簡簡單單唧D檸檬汁,再加D wasabi同點D醬黎食,作為前菜幾清新雞皮:雖然雞皮主要係油脂唔健康,但燒雞皮脆卜卜咁樣食的確係一流日本大和雞雞腎:燒得幾香,食落有口感,咬落去幾爽自制雞肉丸配黃金蛋:先將雞肉切細,再磋成棒狀用串燒串起拎去炭火到燒,食落有陣炭火香味,上面再加上蔥,點埋蛋黃漿黎食,好惹味糯米雞肉丸:內層雞肉再喺外層加上糯米然後再拎去燒,燒完後外層好香飯焦脆口,而內層雞肉味香濃,外脆內軟秋葵:燒秋葵唔會太乾身,上面加上柴魚片更添香口日本香蔥豚肉卷:將豚
