值得一提既係,肉質食落係好新鮮,燒既火候好到位,鎖到肉汁之餘唔會乾身好柴。另外佢地既汁係神仙水,配落D肉度係層次既升華。

令我覺得最回味既係明太子紫蘇豚肉卷(配汁),沾佐個汁食落中和明太子既咸味,中間夾住既紫蘇令成個豚肉卷變得不一樣,真係好好味,JUICE。
仲有,念念不忘既雞肉卷配黃金蛋,食落口感好似係軟骨同雞肉被打碎形成,口感係好爽口,加埋粒黃金蛋,係甜既蛋香汁,好MATCH。
富士蘋果豚肉卷,一定要試,富士蘋果既果甜中和豚肉既咸味,酸酸甜甜好好味。係一種好FRESH清新既配搭。

最後建議大家唔急都要去下個廁所,服務好好,好乾淨,口腔清潔用品全齊。真係做到日本人應有既要求,NICE

鹿兒島時令日本野菜,加上鰤魚輕輕煮就可以吃,鰤魚好香的煙燻味!一定一定要點上自家製知覽茶胡麻醬汁,好香好濃。

奄美大島特色雞飯 $118
鋪上雞肉絲、蔥花、香菇絲、蛋絲、海苔、雪菜與芝麻等,茶壺內的是雞湯,熱辣辣好暖胃呢!

鹿兒島直送薩摩家炸魚餅 $48
魚餅吃得出與外面的不同,這個用魚肉泥製造,
加上鹿兒島地酒與調味料。

尖沙咀有好多高質抵食日式午餐(唔平,抵食過夜晚咁解),棉登徑係臥虎藏龍之地。個名好長嘅招牌炸雞扒:兩大特色,一係炸雞扒有別於傳統日式炸雞一舊舊,亦保存到肉汁,二係佢用蛋黃醬調較嘅醬汁好出色,睇落樣樣都好邪惡,但食落竟然唔覺好油膩。炭烤鰻魚:真係炭爐攞上餐盤喺面前烤,香噴噴,鰻魚好肥美,附上嘅鮮磨Wasabi先係靈魂,簡直畫龍點睛,唔辣唔攻鼻之餘,將肥鰻魚嘅油膩感掃走曬。食到一半有個靚姐過嚟提醒要反轉烤否則會癡住鰻魚皮燶曬,但已經太遲,一夾起見到鑊撈咁。碳爐擺盤前係一種好獨特嘅體驗,如果鍾意索一氧化碳嘅朋友應該特別滿足。
