To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從不再在大埔區返工，好耐都無去Luca食飯。趁著假期，同班friend諗緊大埔有乜嘢好食，最後決定要食豬手，咁當然係嚟呢間啦！其中有3個朋友未來過，一於帶佢哋嚟試試。好彩它仍然保持以往的水準，話我無介紹錯啫豬手必食是常識吧，外皮好脆，而D肉又夠琳。yum yum 餐麭令朋友有驚喜，質感介乎麵包和蛋糕之間Pizza 是薄底，啱香港女士蝦麵的口感和味道都好特別，唔錯唔錯！至於蘑🍄芝士意粉好creamy,最啱喜愛芝士的我，肥c
