To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1月1號下晝三點半到譚仔三哥點了一碗豬膶炸醬薯粉, 浸了一會豬潤仍是有血。 我感覺非常腥吃不下,於是要求店員處理。 店員在我面前用匙羹及筷子將我碗中的豬潤夾出, 放在另一碗仔。 中途仍堅持沒有問題,事後這個放了豬潤的碗仔店員拎入廚房。 沒有丟棄。 我覺得店員的行為非常不尊重顧客, 完全沒有意識需要重新替客人煮過另外一碗。 而夾出的豬潤是否會放入下一個顧客的碗中? 本人非常憤怒,店員的應該加強培訓,避免再有同類事件發生。
