To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係屋企冇事做，譚仔癮又出黎，因而去左屯門海翠食個譚仔米線做下午茶。其實這間長期性都要排隊，所以等了大約十分鐘就入去食。好：地方企理乾淨，坐得都舒服。坐置闊落。吾好：要拿杯水要問3次，又要指定待應叫又要入單，一杯熱水都要搞成10分鐘。味道：今次叫左3小辣的腩肉炸醬（少）米線，如果選擇少米線可平＄1而加辣加＄1。湯底清但辣度比出面冇咁辣。米線面身煮得剛好，好有口感而吾淋。米線份量剛好，不好係配料分量偏少，腩肉成片肥多過肉，炸醬味道夠吾咸，總體味道和出面差不多。其實差不多每桌都有食孜然雞翼，見到都好乾身而吾油都好香，下次有機會都想去試下。但希望問要熱水吾需要咁煩。
